What I already know about hill tribe people in Thailand

The hill tribes are groups of people whom live on the mountains in northern Thailand or in big villages along the border of Kanchanaburi and Myanmar. In this world there are a lot of hill tribes. Some people know about them but some don’t know. Others people can call them “hill human”.

What is a hill tribe? Even though I know what it means, it is so difficult to explain in depth. The simplest explanation is that they live on the mountains and they make their home from the bamboo gathered from the woods. However, I know there is more to it about these people. They have their ways of life, customs and beliefs.

I know that the first group hill tribe in Thailand came from south of China except for the Karen, who had established home in Burma. At present, they have some problems with the Myanmar government. The Karen moved to northern Thailand to make a new home.

In Thailand there are six hill tribes. The most well-known of these hill tribes is the longneck- Karen. Everybody can picture the longneck-Karen. The hill tribes always live together; they always have big families and live in a big community. Everyone owns land for agriculture. When they finish their work, they will go to help another person until work is finished. There are a lot of traditions. For example, children and adults wear different clothes and they will get married within the same tribe. However, that changed already because of the environment in their community because of exposure and more interactions with other communities.

From my experience, I have seen a Rambo movie, which portrays about a lot of hill tribe people. I learned from the news that the Burmese government always try to kill them because they want to control the Karen. From the movie, I learned bits and pieces about the hill tribes. Anyway I would like to know more about them, how they live, what are their traditions, how they cope with modern changes and if Thai people accept the hill tribe in Thailand.

as I tell you what is about my book I start to read a book. the one mane is Landon who is well-know in this school but in the bad way. he has a gang in this school.
